O Bambino can only accept the return of merchandise that is undamaged and in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags still attached along with the sales invoice. Returns for refund MUST BE postmarked within 14 Days of your date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you have received items as a gift that you would like to return, you have 30 days from the date of the order to the postmark on your return package. Gift items may be returned for store credit. We can only refund to the original credit card.
SHIPPING:
O Bambino only ships to the US. Please Note: First Class option represents regular ground shipping (3-8 days) . 2nd class prices represent Priority (allow 2-3 days). Please allow up to 9 days for regular shipping. If you would like other arrange another type of shipping please contact the store.
O Bambino does not refund your return shipping cost nor the original shipping cost.
O Bambino is not responsible for any damages that might occur during the wear, washing or dry cleaning of merchandise. Also, O Bambino cannot be responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14 Day return policy.
We will process your refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of it. You will receive a confirmation email once the processing is complete.
Returns totaling more than $150.00 for one order, whether sent individually or as one shipment, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
